White micro silica powder (powdery) is a very rare microsilica fume. It is very strict on the raw material and production process. Its production is very small, and it can be used in superfine fillers with high whiteness requirements, such as grouting agent, sealant, repair agent and so on.
The temperature of the White silica fume is 1800 degrees, higher than the ordinary micro silica, so in the refractory industry, white microsilica fume is more popular.
The production requirement of white micro silica fume powder (powdery) is mainly time control due to temperature retention after high temperature sublimation.
At present, the domestic microsilica fume ordinary production line can hardly reach the technological conditions for the production of White silica fume. So the price of white micro silicon powder is much higher than that of ordinary silicon powder.
White silica fume meets the requirements of ASTM C-1240 and contains a minimum of 93% silicon dioxide (SiO2)
